However, it is not liable for any material or immaterial damage caused by site visitors using this information, unless it can be proven that the MFPT has provided false information with intent or gross negligence.
2. Texts not written by MFPT staff members are entered with the authors’ names. In these cases, the authors and/or those who commissioned them are liable for the contents of their contributions.

2. Non-liability according to § 8 German Telemedia Law
The MFPT explicitly disclaims responsibility for the contents of websites accessible via links from its own website and therefore cannot be held liable for the correctness of content, the completeness and availability of such sites.
